Here's a list of characters I've played in various games and systems. I'll include a character sheet for people to peep at for the ones I can dredge up.

BuddiCop Law Enforcement Assist Model 10-E "Tenny"

Tenny was a character I made for a GURPS Cyberpunk 2020 campaign set in Milwaukee. An advanced tester product developed by SegAtari, Tenny was offered at low cost to the PD as an easy means to test him in an environment where glitches and civilian deaths were flagged as less of an issue than if it were to occur in Japan. He had an inbuilt 10mm pistol, monoblade and mini grenade launcher to help with dangerous operations, a friendly personality programmed to interact with humans and a compact, endearing chassis (you can find him on my gallery page!) Tenny wasn't particularly creative, being a machine mind crammed into a cop bot shell. He was curious, and often asked for opinions on whether or not a course of action was correct, or right, or "good." His name was given to him by the other players as a means to cut down on the mouthfull his model name was. In the end, he ended up stopping a dangerous cyberpsycho when the poor bastard bungled straight past him in a tackle and had a 25mm mini grenade delivered to the back of his head. No amount of chrome can make you come back from that. Tenny was fun to play, I like robots and I like cute robots especially so. He wasn't cold or unfeeling but he clearly had an alien thought pattern and was struggling to frame it in what's acceptable for humans as he upholds his duty.

Sun-Soul Anyan

Anyan was a character in a GURPS fantasy game a friend of mine ran. He was a blind, sun-worshiping Harpy with considerable magic ability at the beginning of the game, and apocalyptic power over fire by the end of it. Fixated on the sun, the phoenix and alchemical power, he ended up claiming a sliver of divinity for himself and in the epilogue of the game had become one of many petty gods in a chaotic era. He was calculating, clinical and polite- but could also go up in a flash of smoke, reappear behind someone and drop an explosive fireball at their feet to atomize them for standing in his way. He ended up working with an arrogant self-obsessed princeling who wished to run a mercenary company. The princeling was the face while Anyan handled the logistics, administration and actual strategy of the company. He also worked with a gruff knight who turned to worship a shadow goddess, along with some other mercenary individuals. I'll never get over my love of casters with the ability to absolutely obliterate one victim of choice.
